The role
Lead major innovation initiatives to develop better tasting, natural, and more nutrient-dense foods and beverages.
Identify and prioritize product and process solutions that meet consumer, customer, and business needs, leveraging internal and strategic external resources.
Ensure regulatory, quality, and safety standards are defined and met during commercialization of new products.
Lead hands-on development activities as needed, collaborating across R&D, operations, supply chain, and marketing.
Manage pilot designs, trials, budgets, timelines, and supplier networks to optimize cost, quality, and time-to-launch.
Translate consumer insights and technical data into actionable development plans; demonstrate hands-on leadership and continuous platform improvement; travel as needed up to 30%.
