The role
Lead full-cycle executive search for Sr. Director+ and other senior leadership roles across Corporate and Commercial functions.
Build comprehensive search strategies including prospect mapping, target lists, talent pools, and compelling narratives.
Develop position profiles, success criteria, and evaluation frameworks in partnership with hiring executives and HRBPs; drive disciplined, urgent execution.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, coaching hiring managers on assessment, interviewing, and decision-making; maintain strong partnerships across People, Compensation, Inclusion & Belonging, Finance, and Communications.
Develop market intelligence on CPG and F&B talent landscapes; build proactive pipelines and advise on organizational design, succession planning, and external talent trends.
Ensure a signature candidate experience rooted in respect and transparency; maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM and manage external search firm partnerships as needed.
