The role
A legal professional is sought to provide commercial legal and compliance advice across the UK and EMEA regions. The role involves handling contracts, risk management, and governance in a corporate environment. Candidates should be qualified solicitors with strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience in corporate and commercial law. They will work closely with stakeholders in legal, finance, HR, IT and operations to ensure legal risk is mitigated while achieving business objectives.
