The role
Deliver inclusive, differentiated high school instruction for students with diverse learning needs, emphasizing equity and belonging.
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and specialists to develop, monitor, and implement IEPs and 504 plans.
Manage a caseload of IEPs, collect academic growth data, and participate in IEP meetings to drive outcomes.
Provide pull-out, push-in, small-group, and one-on-one instruction to meet varied learner needs.
Foster a safe, empowering classroom culture, partner with families for resources, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Contribute to a data-driven, collaborative school culture through weekly team meetings and cross-grade collaboration.
