The role
Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
Monitor and document vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers between beds, chairs, and other locations.
Support nursing and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices.
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and teammates, and participate in ongoing training.
