The role
Lead a new team building AI-powered developer tooling workflows to boost engineering productivity at scale.
Own the strategy and execution of the AI-Orchestrated Developer Experience, embedding intelligent capabilities across the development lifecycle.
Architect and operate agentic, context-aware AI systems that understand codebases and conventions and integrate with platform teams.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers at the frontier of AI and developer experience.
Evaluate, pilot, and adopt emerging AI tools, shaping their impact on engineering practices.
Thrive in ambiguity, shipping 0→1 solutions that scale and influence outcomes across teams without formal authority.
