The role
Lead a new, high-impact team focused on AI-powered developer tooling and workflows to boost engineering productivity at scale.
Define and drive the strategy for AI-Orchestrated Developer Experience, integrating AI into the software development lifecycle.
Build agentic, context-aware AI systems that understand codebases, conventions, and context, and operate within developer workflows.
Partner with platform teams to embed intelligent capabilities across the full development pipeline.
Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers at the frontier of AI and developer experience.
Evaluate and trial emerging AI tools, shaping their impact on engineering practices and productivity.
