The role
Act as a solution expert across ML domains including evaluations, training, inference, data pipelines, quality, and optimization.
Work directly with product teams as a trusted partner to navigate challenges and arrive at effective solutions.
Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and develop blueprints, patterns, and paved roads for scalable implementations.
Debug and resolve complex issues, identify root causes, and share learnings broadly across the organization.
Balance hands-on problem solving with strategic thinking to scale enablement impact.
Thrive in a high-velocity environment with shifting priorities, applying pragmatic judgment to balance robust solutions and rapid unblocking.
