The role

Pharmacist responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, including medication orders and sterile preparation, under the supervision of a Clinical Pharmacy Manager. Key responsibilities include validating orders, preparing sterile solutions, and participating in policy development and education sessions.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, valid Ontario College
