The role
The Senior Product Manager for Platform is responsible for overseeing development and implementation of data platform components, including roadmap planning, quality enhancement, and customer issue resolution. The role involves leading strategies for CRM integration supporting diversification across multiple systems, as well as growing into overarching platform ownership over time. The incumbent will act as a trusted technical advisor in customer interactions, facilitate roadmap success metrics, and incorporate AI workflows into team practices.
