The role
As a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst for Enterprise Solutions, you will bridge product applications, client data, and evolving business requirements.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Engineers to identify pain points and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities include data modeling and analysis using SQL and Python, conducting Exploratory Data Analysis, and building predictive models to support user behavior insights.
Design and automate dashboards (Tableau/Looker) for real-time monitoring and reporting; lead A/B tests to evaluate marketing strategies.
Ensure data governance and accuracy, aligning metrics with business logic and customer needs.
Requires strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-growth environment.
