The role
Lead end-to-end development of machine learning solutions for enterprise-scale marketing problems, from problem framing to production deployment.
Translate business goals into well-defined ML problems in collaboration with product teams.
Develop and deploy robust models, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and scalable inference in production.
Perform offline and online evaluation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of model performance.
Stay current with research and proactively apply innovative ML techniques to marketing analytics.
Mentor junior scientists and contribute to evolving team culture, standards, and best practices.
