The role
Lead the development of the identify graph to enrich unified customer profiles and identify high-value users.
Apply machine learning and online experiments to continuously improve ROAS in digital campaigns.
Own projects end-to-end, from model design and evaluation to integration with measurement solutions.
Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver measurable audience insights and ROI.
Utilize Python, SQL, PyTorch, and TensorFlow on large-scale data (3+ years in identify graph, ID mapping, and cross-device mapping).
Operate with strong ownership in a fast-paced programmatic advertising platform.
