The role
Provide strategic legal advice to support U.S. and international business activities under the Head of Legal.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including master service, supply, confidentiality, and employment agreements.
Perform legal research and offer guidance on employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and international issues.
Develop and implement policies, training materials, and risk management strategies; manage contract templates and lifecycle processes.
Support due diligence during mergers and acquisitions, export controls, and federal contractor compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, and promote compliance with corporate policies and ethics.
