The role
Provide technical leadership for large-scale ML projects, evaluating new technologies and integrating them into the team’s workflow.
Coordinate production-grade ML initiatives across cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and success metrics.
Collaborate with program management and engineering to ensure solutions meet business needs and are technically feasible.
Communicate results clearly to stakeholders at all levels and translate insights into actionable decisions.
Mentor junior scientists, helping grow the team’s capabilities in deep learning, LLMs, and AI tooling.
Drive scalable systems from model development to deployment on cloud platforms and data analytics pipelines.
