The role
Lead and coordinate enterprise-scale ML initiatives, translating business needs into scalable, production-ready models.
Architect and evaluate cutting-edge tech (LLMs, agentic AI) and integrate them into robust ML pipelines.
Collaborate with product, program management, and engineering to define scope, goals, and success metrics.
Mentor junior scientists and communicate results clearly to stakeholders across all levels.
Work in a hybrid setup based in Gurugram, with flexibility to balance remote and on-site days.
Require 6+ years of deep learning experience, PyTorch/AWS, Spark, and strong algorithm design in Python or Java.
