Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Lead design, build, and maintain robust ML pipelines for both batch and real-time inference using SageMaker Pipelines, EventBridge, mlflow, and feature stores. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders to implement, monitor, and optimize ML workflows including training, evaluation, drift detection, and deployment. Enhance CI/CD for ML, manage model promotion and retraining workflows, and ensure seamless integration across environments. Own end-to-end delivery of ML features from architecture to monitoring and iteration, mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices. Support operational excellence through on-call rotations, incident response, post-mortems, and planning/scoping of ML initiatives. Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to mitigate fraud, generate customer insights, and enable AI-driven experiences.
