The role
Take ownership of end-to-end accounting for a growing SME, including daily finance management, month-end close, and the preparation of management accounts.
Work with a hands-off but supportive Finance Director and enjoy autonomy, flexible hours, and a realistic workload.
Lead improvements to reporting, controls, and processes to scale with the business.
Manage your own time and workload with minimal supervision, four days per week in Sutton Coldfield.
Xero experience is a strong bonus; candidates with SME accounting experience thrive in this role.
This is a hands-on role that values initiative, dedication, and a proactive, professional attitude.
