The role
Take ownership of the full ML lifecycle for ads, from ideation and research to deployment and optimization in production.
Design, build, and deploy industrial-scale models for ad ranking, bidding, and measurement.
Perform systematic feature engineering on diverse data to drive model performance.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into ML solutions.
Improve reliability and stability with robust monitoring, alerting, and automated retraining pipelines.
Stay current with state-of-the-art ML techniques and contribute to roadmap and strategy.
