The role
Lead the strategy and execution of Data Science, Data Products, and Research & Optimization, prioritizing resources to maximize impact.
Integrate data science capabilities with business needs to address tangible problems with measurable ROI.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Technology, and Marketing to identify and implement ML/AI-driven solutions.
Provide subject-matter expertise in advanced analytics, including forecasting for unit, sales, and channel performance, and guide short- and long-term budgeting.
Build and execute a long-term roadmap to elevate data science capabilities by piloting innovative data technologies and products.
Lead a cross-functional team of experimentation, research, and UX professionals to design and deliver impactful consumer experiences.
