The role
Lead the end-to-end design of complex electrical systems from concept to production.
Perform detailed circuit design, simulation, and analysis for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
Develop and implement robust test plans and procedures for validating hardware designs.
Collaborate closely with software, mechanical engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
Mentor and guide junior engineers while advancing best practices in a remote, autonomous work environment.
Stay current with emerging electrical engineering technologies and drive manufacturability and quality improvements.
