The role
Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects focused on fraud prevention for credit products across global markets.
Develop, deploy, and monitor data models and algorithms that identify and mitigate fraud while preserving a positive user experience.
Collaborate with Risk Platform, Operations, Product Management, Legal & Compliance, and other teams to translate data needs into actionable solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation, and mentor junior data scientists to foster continuous learning.
Balance risk controls with business enablement and cost considerations, and communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain flexibility to work across multiple time zones and deliver timely insights and results.
