The role
Lead legal partner for FIAT digital wallet initiatives, advising senior management on strategy and risk.
Provide strategic legal guidance to influence business decisions and product roadmaps across digital wallet offerings.
Anticipate regulatory and compliance risks, design proactive risk management strategies, and conduct regulatory risk assessments.
Collaborate across functions to enable product delivery while ensuring consumer protection, data privacy, and applicable fintech regulations.
Build relationships with business partners and stay ahead of evolving regulatory trends, contributing as an industry-leading expert.
Manage escalations and provide practical, risk-based recommendations for resolving complex legal issues in a fast-paced environment.
