The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven systems with emphasis on large language models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions that improve operations.
Design and maintain policies, documentation, and standards for AI engineering and secure, reliable deployments.
Act as the technical lead on large IT projects, provide mentorship to junior developers, and set best practices.
