The role
Full-time, on-site In-House Litigation Counsel in Charlotte, NC. Manage litigation strategy and oversee outside counsel.
Subpoena responses and eDiscovery management, with risk and insurance coverage advisory responsibilities.
Handle restrictive covenant litigation and provide strategic risk mitigation.
Requires 5+ years of relevant experience and an ABA-accredited law degree.
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with strong professional references.
Compensation includes $150,000-$185,000 base salary plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
