The role
As a Production Associate on a fast-paced food manufacturing line, you will load raw materials, process cooked material to specifications, and inspect for quality along the line.
You will package finished goods into cases and onto pallets, and perform rework with accurate weighing where needed.
You will adjust and fill machines, participate in continuous improvement, and assist with sanitation of equipment and production areas.
You will adhere to USDA and FDA regulations, SOPs, GMPs, and SSOPs; report safety or quality concerns immediately to your Team Leader.
This role requires standing up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in temperatures from 30 to 100°F, with repetitive hand and wrist movement.
A reliable, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong attendance who can communicate in English or Spanish, or follow instructions with a translator.
