The role
Manage land development design projects from planning through construction, focusing on grading, stormwater treatment, and utility systems.
Apply standard engineering techniques to create construction documents and specifications while coordinating with the design team, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction.
Plan, schedule, and execute technical work across projects, tracking approvals and contract changes.
Adjust site plans to meet requirements and optimize layouts; review designs and perform QA/QC.
Mentor and lead design engineers, delegating tasks and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of land development design; PE license or EIT actively pursuing PE; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/stormwater tools.
