The role
Deliver high-quality field IT network support in Heathrow, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and adherence to SLAs.
Perform on-site interventions, fault investigations, and hardware replacements, coordinating with global resolver groups as needed.
Conduct site surveys for new premises and prepare for product/service installations, including impact analysis for planned outages.
Deploy and configure network equipment (Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, SCN) and test to design specifications prior to handover.
Carry out preventive maintenance, acceptance testing with customers and third parties, and maintain accurate records in the Operations Diary and Knowledge Base.
Collaborate with teammates, respond to escalations, support on-call requirements, and hold relevant certifications with a valid UK driving license.
