The role
Conducts and leads the Denver Young Artists Orchestra, overseeing repertoire, rehearsals, and performances. Leads artistic direction, collaborating with staff and board to ensure consistency and excellence.
Requires advanced degree in conducting or performance, proven conducting experience, strong repertoire knowledge, and ability to develop ensemble musicianship. Strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with audition processes, and comfort with digital tools.
Must reside in the Denver metropolitan area. Salary $45,000-$50,000.
