The role
The Senior PR & Talent Manager develops and executes global PR strategies across product launches and campaigns, managing media relations and supporting events to enhance brand reputation. They source and negotiate talent and influencer partnerships, aligning them with brand values and commercial goals, while overseeing press office daily operations. The role involves working closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure PR aligns with broader business strategies and tracking performance through KPIs and insights. The manager leads and mentors a PR & Talent Executive, managing budgets and acting as an ambassador for the brand. Candidates should have extensive experience in fashion or lifestyle PR, strong media networks, influencer management skills, and excellent stakeholder engagement. Organisation, strategic thinking, and a passion for culture and media are essential.
