The role
This in-house Legal Counsel role offers a dynamic mix of litigation and dispute management, contract drafting, and day-to-day legal guidance.
Oversee pre-litigation matters and manage active litigation in collaboration with outside counsel, tracking budgets and timelines.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and technology contracts.
Provide practical, risk-based advice to internal stakeholders during negotiations and support franchise-related matters such as disputes and terminations.
Support cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, sales, and HR with policy development, training materials, and regulatory updates.
Maintain compliance-focused policies for the franchise network, monitor regulatory developments, and assist with insurance-related issues and risk management.
