The role
An IT support specialist assists clients by diagnosing and resolving issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, cloud services, networks, and security technologies. They configure and manage Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender, supporting security enhancements and device deployment projects. The role involves troubleshooting networking issues, supporting Windows Server and Active Directory, and maintaining technical documentation. It offers flexibility to work remotely, with an initial onboarding period at the Petersfield office, and occasional site visits. Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud and security technologies, networking skills, and excellent communication are essential. The position requires proven experience, MS certification, and a proactive approach to technical support.
