The role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in AI Research and Development, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of scalable ML models.
Focus areas include advanced ranking and recommendation systems, including collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, hybrid approaches, and learning-to-rank techniques.
You will design reinforcement learning solutions and multi-armed bandit strategies to optimize decisions in dynamic environments.
Experimentation is central: you will design A/B tests, monitor outcomes, and analyze results to drive product impact.
You will build reusable libraries, develop tooling, and document models, experiments, and findings for wide adoption.
Collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and marketing is essential to align ML work with business goals and ensure robust deployment.
