The role
Lead and manage data science projects focused on trust, safety, and risk reduction within a financial services context.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to inform strategic decisions.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights that drive profitability and risk controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, legal, compliance, and operations—to translate requirements into solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance with regular audits, validation, and mentoring of junior data scientists.
Bring 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills.
