The role
As a Data Analyst in Monks' Talent Pool, you will collect and analyze data from diverse quantitative and qualitative sources to inform content strategy and social media campaigns.
You will perform social listening, evaluate campaign performance, and produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
You will translate data into actionable insights and build information solutions to empower content and social teams.
You will develop dashboards and visualizations, manage data sources, and support data-driven decision making across projects.
This role acts as a pipeline for future Data Analyst opportunities, offering growth and cross-functional exposure.
