The role
As Team Lead, Data Analytics in Tech Ops Payments, you will act as a player-coach guiding a team of Payments Analysts to drive operational performance.
Lead data-driven discussions in weekly ops reviews and support decision-making with dashboards, metrics, and data storytelling.
Provide mentorship, set clear goals, manage performance, and oversee capacity and resource allocation.
Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations and enhance user experience.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and structured career development conversations with continuous feedback and formal reviews.
This role requires deep automation expertise and strong SQL skills, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and a passion for delivering value through data.
