The role
Owns client-specific QA programs, performance metrics, and escalations while leading cross-functional teams with the Ops Manager.
Defines QA strategies, sampling designs, audit methods, and acceptance thresholds per scope and volume.
Conducts root-cause analyses and drives CAPA plans with clear owners, timelines, and effectiveness checks.
Plans training and certification for raters/annotators and coordinators; tracks completion and impact.
Maintains dashboards on throughput, accuracy, productivity, and cost; translates insights into actionable improvements.
Standardizes SOPs, templates, and checklists; pilots small automations with Ops Tech and ensures compliance/security.
