The role
Lead HTS and ECCN classifications for WSS parts and equipment and maintain classification databases.
Coordinate with Customs Brokers to resolve documentation and classification issues and conduct monthly post-entry audits.
File Post Summary Corrections (PSC) with brokers as needed and maintain complete import/export recordkeeping for U.S. and Canadian operations.
Ensure documentation compliance with FDA, EPA, and DOT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to document international trade activities.
Provide trade compliance training to internal teams and support restricted and sanctioned party screening.
Prepare, review, and verify trade documentation including commercial invoices, bills of lading, customs forms, and EEI filings.
