The role
Develop and execute strategic freight programs for domestic and international suppliers while managing 3PL performance.
Analyze data to reduce costs and leverage enterprise scale to support sourcing initiatives.
Create and implement an import/export compliance program and centralized distribution roadmap.
Collaborate with BU functional leads and Category Managers to design freight strategies and HTS classification improvements.
Lead RFPs, quarterly business reviews, and scorecard reporting to monitor on-time delivery, costs, and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and cross-functional training across business units.
