Business Analyst (IT)

Seasoned IT Business Analyst sought to drive cross-functional transformation across Marketing, Finance and Education. Analyse the business structure, perform As-Is/To-Be process mapping, and identify improvement opportunities using data modelling. Elicit and document requirements, guide stakeholders through workshops, and lead training to ensure successful adoption. Create and manage comprehensive documentation; communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Align internal and external stakeholders on benefits of new technology and processes; support finance systems integration and education technology (VLEs). Occasional travel and partial remote work are available.
