The role
As a Mid Level Business Analyst, you will assess business needs, map practice workflows, and translate requirements into actionable plans for healthcare IT projects.
Responsibilities include documenting requirements, data-driven workflow analysis, and identifying data sources for enrichment and integration.
Define configuration and UI changes to support new functionality, prototype interfaces with Axure, and specify reports and outputs.
Collaborate with developers and third-party providers, define XML data interfaces, and evaluate Salesforce CRM capabilities for surveys and campaigns.
Research HL7 interfaces and EMR/EHR data concepts, document common data formats, and analyze payer rates and KPI goals with clinician advisors.
Demonstrate critical thinking, clear writing, and usability focus to anticipate challenges early and deliver precise, user-friendly solutions.
