The role
Serve as an IT Business Analyst and Proxy Product Owner in the Fixed Income Booking and Post-Trade domain.
Collaborate with traders, operations, and accounting to elicit and document business requirements.
Perform impact and gap analyses, evaluate IT solutions, and translate needs into functional specifications for development teams.
Define test scripts, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support day-to-day Booking and Back Office operations.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with epics and user stories, ensuring alignment with risk, security, and architecture standards.
Lead project scoping and planning, monitor progress, manage issues and risks, and communicate effectively in an Agile Scrum environment.
