The role
Advise on product safety, consumer recalls, and regulatory reporting (CPSC) for retail and consumer markets.
Lead recall management and coordinate cross-functional responses to national and international recalls.
Provide guidance on federal and state regulatory compliance affecting product development and testing.
Represent clients in federal and state enforcement actions, investigations, and compliance matters.
Develop risk assessments, perform robust legal research, and assist remediation strategies.
Manage multiple regulatory matters concurrently with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
