The role
Lead end-to-end data science initiatives across segmentation, classification, regression and time series for B2B digital customers.
Develop and refine machine learning models to predict behavior, prioritize actions, and improve retention and lifetime value.
Design dashboards and KPIs to track performance and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to define call-to-action programs and optimize customer journeys across touchpoints.
Explore new data sources, automate processes, and scale models to support rapid decision-making in an agile environment.
Present insights with compelling storytelling and visuals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
