The role
As a Deal Advisory Tax Manager focusing on Real Estate, you will work with Partners and Directors to deliver sophisticated tax advice on complex transactions, support new business by contributing to proposals, develop and maintain client relationships, and coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will prepare and oversee UK and international tax analyses, review deal documentation for tax issues, and articulate commercial impacts. You will collaborate with UK and overseas specialists, stay current on tax developments, and contribute to thought leadership. You will also understand financial models from a tax perspective and coach junior colleagues.
