Supply Chain Assistant
Provide critical support across the Supply Chain team to ensure processes are followed and executed accurately. Analyze open sales orders against forecast to identify shortfalls or additional demand. Update and manage OTIF KPIs, monitor current and future month order intake, and assist with stock accuracy. Coordinate returns with relevant departments and provide cross-training coverage for logistics, order processing, and production coordination. Chase suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, maintain BRC certifications, and update prices in the IFS system. Support fortnightly stock takes, generate aged stock reports, and provide insights to Sales for optimal inventory management.
