Consultant - Real Estate Advisory Healthcare

This role focuses on delivering feasibility assessments and testing real estate investment opportunities in the healthcare sector. You will work across planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects and programmes. You will develop healthcare estate strategies and author business cases using the HM Treasury 5-case model, managing the full business case lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing SOC, OBC, and FBC, targeting operating models, and driving change management within client and project teams. You will engage with clients at all levels, demonstrate strong financial and data analysis skills, and influence key decisions. This on-site role is based in Birmingham with travel required as needed.
