The role
The Proposals Manager in Southampton is responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater projects within a multidisciplinary team, including managing pre-award development phases and engaging with clients and design teams. Candidates should possess experience in the UK water or regulated sectors, strong communication skills, and technical knowledge of construction techniques. A relevant degree or HND, project management certification, and a full UK driving licence are essential.
