The role
Coventry City Football Club seeks an enthusiastic Academy Performance Psychologist to develop and deliver evidence-based psychological support programmes within the academy. The role involves providing individual and group psychological support to players across all age groups, contributing to their personalised development plans, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. The psychologist will deliver education sessions for staff and support the holistic player development pathway. Attendance at training and professional development activities is expected to enhance expertise and integration. The position requires safeguarding compliance, including an enhanced DBS check, and a commitment to equal opportunity practices.
