Director, International Legal
1. The Director, International Legal will lead all legal matters for the international territories, with a primary focus on UK&I, collaborating with internal counsels and outside firms. 2. Provide expert counsel on cybersecurity, data privacy laws (GDPR) and related compliance, labor and employment, corporate law, and regulatory issues affecting international operations. 3. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts (MSA, DPA, SOW, NDAs, licenses, RFPs, etc.) in English and ideally a second European language. 4. Advise on risk exposure, ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, and support global expansion, including integration of entities, M&A, and finance/tax interactions. 5. Manage relationships with outside counsel, monitor corporate filings, and implement global compliance programs and process improvements. 6. Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and leadership, with ability to work independently, under pressure, and across time zones.
